CamStudio
Decided
that videos may be the way to drive traffic to your website? Good
decision! Don't want to lay out a lot of cash for a video program?
CamStudio is the way to go.
CamStudio will record your screen
videos and output to an AVI file (a basic file you can then edit with
Windows Movie Maker) or directly to an SWF file (Adobe's
Shock
Wave Flash) suitable for uploading to a website. If you are new to
CamStudio, use the "Set Up CamStudio" video at the bottom of this page
for your intial settings. Camstudio has a new 2.5 Beta version out that
fixes the old problem of not being able to view the videos in Firefox
and Netscape.

and download CamStudio 2.5 Binaries for free.

highest recommendation for HostGator. They are the only hosting company
I have ever dealt with that you can consistantly reach on the phone at
any hour for your sales or technical questions. In addition, AWStats is
already enabled in your Cpanel so there is no additinal charge for this
traffic stats program. Most other hosting companies charge extra to set
this up.
